Q. Can we return orders?
The refund will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received. Upon return, the refund will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable (If you choose the free shipping option, we will deduct $10 for shipping fee from the total). Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
Q. Any warranty?
MIS products have Lifetime Warranty.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damages will be covered, but those resulted from improper use/care will not be covered. The warranty is only valid on items purchased on shop.miscalif.com. Please send picture(s) to email@example.com for us to determine if your item qualifies for the warranty.
Q. Are MIS' products made in the USA?
Yes, all materials are made in the USA and our factory is located in Los Angeles, California.
We are proud of our quality.
Q. Are MIS' products real MIL-SPEC?
Yes, our factory is certified and making US Military products.
Q. How much the cost if I order multiple items?
US Domestic: $10 Flat Rate Fee
International: $50 Flat Rate Fee
Q. How do you Ship my order?
For shipments within the United States, delivery is by USPS Priority Mail. For international shipments, delivery is by USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number.
Q. How long does it take to ship after I ordered?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days on weekdays. We are closed weekends, and US Holidays.
Q. Can I track my order?
Yes, we send you a tracking number via email.

Q. I found some defect of my order. Can I exchange?
Yes, you can exchange your defective order for free. Please contact us “firstname.lastname@example.org” within 3 days of the items are received.
Q. I really want to buy an item which “Out Of Stock Item”. Can I buy it in the future?
Please contact us via email and tell us which items you would like to purchase. We will email you when we have that item in stock.
Q. Where is my order number?
As soon as complete your order, you will receive an email that has your order number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your safe sender list.
Q. My order status says “Processing”. What does that mean?
“Processing” just means that we successfully received your order. Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
Q. Will I have to pay international Taxes & Duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20-30% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from MIS, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MIS. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
