Products
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damages will be covered, but those resulted from improper use/care will not be covered. The warranty is only valid on items purchased on shop.miscalif.com. Please send picture(s) to info@miscalif.com for us to determine if your item qualifies for the warranty.
Yes, all materials are made in the USA and our factory is located in Los Angeles, California. We are proud of our quality.

Shipping & Returns
The refund policy requires you to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and return the item within 21 days of delivery at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if the free shipping option was chosen, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. It's important to review your order thoroughly before completing your purchase.
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days on weekdays. We are closed weekends, and US Holidays.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20-30% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from MIS, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MIS. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Yes, you can exchange your defective order for free. Please contact us at info@miscalif.com within 3 days of the items are received.
As soon as complete your order, you will receive an email that has your order number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@miscalif.com to your safe sender list.
“Processing” just means that we successfully received your order. Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Shipped.”
